ADMINISTRATION LOGGING
That includes IP addresses, login attempts, browser information, visited routes, administrative actions, and deletion records. This is used to protect WED and maintain accountability.
Wes Evil Development provides services only to people who are at least 13 years old. The portal is not intended for children under 13, and users under 13 may not submit applications, create portal records, or use authenticated features.
We may collect Discord and Roblox identifiers, usernames, display names, avatars, server roles, department assignments, and authentication-related account information.
We may store applications, development logs, quality-control reviews, quota records, leave requests, Internal Affairs cases, published subject reports, appeals, disciplinary records, handbook acknowledgements, and related evidence or notes.
For security, abuse prevention, troubleshooting, and accountability, we log sign-ins, failed sign-ins, IP addresses, browser and device user-agent information, requested pages, response status codes, timestamps, administrative actions, and deletion actions.
Information is used to authenticate users, operate WED, manage staffing and development work, review applications, conduct authorized investigations, publish subject-facing IA reports, process appeals, enforce policy, investigate misuse, and maintain audit trails.
Access is restricted by role and operational need. Authorized administrators may review security logs, login records, IP addresses, privacy requests, deletion actions, account access states, and other records required to operate and protect the portal.
Discord, Roblox, Railway, PostgreSQL, Vercel, and other configured infrastructure providers may process information as necessary to provide authentication, hosting, storage, networking, and related functionality.
WED does not sell or rent personal information. Information may be shared internally when required for operations, investigations, appeals, safety, security, disciplinary review, or policy enforcement.
Records are retained according to operational need. Rejected or withdrawn applications are normally reviewed for deletion or anonymization after 180 days. IA records are normally reviewed after one year. Security, audit, login, deletion, discipline, appeal, and dispute records may be retained longer when reasonably necessary.
WED uses HTTPS, role-based access, Discord authentication, session controls, environment-based secrets, database permissions, request logging, and audit records. No online system can guarantee absolute security.
You may request access to, correction of, export of, or deletion of information associated with you. We may verify your Discord account before fulfilling a request. Some records may be retained when reasonably necessary for security, legal obligations, disputes, investigations, or abuse prevention.
This policy may be updated when WED changes its features, security practices, data collection, administration tools, or service providers. The effective date will be revised when material changes are made.
DATA REQUEST
Your request is delivered to the WED administration panel. The Secretary is also notified in the configured log channel.
